About Self Tape Brooklyn
Self Tape Brooklyn was born from a 20+ year creative friendship—one that began in college, crossed continents, and reunited in New York at a moment when the industry is fundamentally shifting.
Nicole and Jonny came up together as artists, evolved as creators in different markets, and now join forces again in the Big Apple with a shared belief: the future belongs to actor-artists who think like creators.
In a rapidly changing media landscape, Self Tape Brooklyn is where sharp instincts meet precise execution. We support artists through the move toward creator-first work—where authenticity isn’t a bonus, it’s the baseline. Nicole brings LA-honed improv agility to unlock truthful, alive reads, while Jonny applies international production rigor to translate casting briefs into clean, competitive tapes. Together, we’re building a studio for 21st-century artists ready to seize their moment.
