Brooklyn’s premiere self-tape studio where artists are passionate about helping artists.

Meet Jonny

Black and white portrait of a man with short dark hair, slight stubble, wearing a white shirt, looking at the camera with a neutral expression.
I came to self-taping from the production side. Having worked across 4 international markets as a multimedia artist and producer, I understand how auditions are actually evaluated: not just creatively, but through framing, sound, clarity, and execution. My background spans photography, videography & live performance, and when I’m in the room my focus is on translating the casting brief into a clean, precise, professional tape that supports the actor’s work and stays out of the way. As a member of Actors’ Equity and SAG, I work to industry standards and know what casting teams expect, handling the technical side with rigor and calm so actors can remain present, focused, and confident in the tape they send out.

Meet Nicole

I wish we could go back to the days of in-person auditions, I miss sprinting to Chelsea Piers, sweaty and chaotic, but alas self-tapes are here to stay and I'm determined to make it as fulfilling for us as artists as possible. An actor, comedian, and director for 20 years, you can see my work in Apple TV's Loot, HBO's Barry, The Undoing, Younger, and more. I teach improvisation at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (UCB), sometimes Brooklyn Comedy Collective, as well as private acting and improvisation coaching. At UCB I perform with Asian AF NY (www.asianafshow.com), an all Asian-American Comedy Variety that has done sold-out shows at the Kennedy Center and UNC Chapel Hill. As a certified yoga instructor and practioner, I value presence and play in my work and share that with everyone I collaborate with. I look forward to helping your next taping be one you'll enjoy and be proud of.
